The hotel was attractive, and I truly enjoyed it. The room was big in good condition, the breakfast was varied! Walk from a bus stop, the location was marvellous. Amazing restaurant served local specialties.

When we visit Rijeka, like staying here. The venue is placed in a very central position in the center.

The whole experience was nice. Hotel was upscale and fantastic and I really enjoyed the food there, it was tasty. The location 4-6 minutes walking distance from city centre was favourable. The staff was super-friendly from my arrival up until I left. The check-in was simple and the atmosphere was comfortable overall.

There were the main shopping center and a mall around the venue. The rooms were huge and bright in good condition kept by the affable staff. The atmosphere created was comfortable.

I had an unexpected stay at Hotel Bonavia Plava Laguna and it was a delightful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a pristine bathroom and upgraded furnishings. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with a car repair issue, providing excellent service and arranging pick-up and drop-off. The dining room served one of the best meals we've ever had, with fresh and innovative dishes. The staff even let us use the business center and rest in the lobby after check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for its charming staff, first-class amenities, and excellent value for the money.

With respect to the prices we were expecting much more, we are particularly disappointed by the quality of services.Sometimes it seemed that the hotel does not have any of the staff.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the town. The location was perfect, with everything I needed only a short walk away. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even went out of their way to switch my room when I had a noise issue one night. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the calm and relaxing atmosphere in the dining area. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service provided here.
